The images above show Mohammed El-Abboud (28) showing off his new outfit on TikTok. He had just bought it by selling Louise Cam’s car after he killed the girl with his accomplice. He makes the image in Hertfordshire, England, on the front porch of his victim. The duo initially tried to trick Kam, but when that went wrong, they killed the 71-year-old woman. El-Abboud and his accomplice were sentenced to 35 years in prison.
