Dortmund striker Sebastien Haller received bad news today. During the examination, a tumor in his testicles was found in a Côte d’Ivoire striker. “We will do everything we can to ensure that he receives the best possible treatment,” Dortmund said.

Sebastien Haller had just switched from Ajax to Dortmund and brought in an attacker as the successor to Erling Haaland. During a training camp with a new club, he felt sick on Monday and then underwent an intensive medical examination.

During these tests, doctors diagnosed Haller’s tumor in the testicles. Dortmund states that Haller will undergo additional testing in a specialized medical center within a few days.

“This news shocked Sebastian and all of us,” sports director Sebastian Kehl told the club’s website. “The whole Dortmund family wants him to recover quickly and completely. We hope he can be hugged again soon.”

“We will do everything we can to get him the best possible treatment.”
